• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bx99 support immediately.
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of a third party is not allowed.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Bx99 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is entirely prohibited.

• At the time of registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Bx99 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.
• If age verification fails, the account will be closed and all winnings will be voided.
• It is your responsibility to prevent underage members of your household from accessing the platform.

4 Payments & Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on bx99 are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made through a payment account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.

6 Gaming Rules

• Any claim regarding a technical error affecting a game outcome must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• Bx99 will not be held responsible if a game is interrupted mid-session due to a loss of internet connection.

• Running a single game session simultaneously on multiple devices is not permitted.
